PART TIME

$3,000 month for approximately 20- 25 hours per week. Hours are negotiable.

CRM Integration 

Housecall Pro is my preferred CRM program. For their standard features, costs are approximately $130 a month (5 or less employees; $35 additional per person). There are special features that enable job costing analysis and automatic invoice price lists that require additional fee. For a full list of integrated services go HERE

 

Business Line / Smart Phone  price varies.

I prefer individual smart phones for each company I work for. This ensures all data and communications are retained by respective employers in the event my services are no longer needed.

Website creation and web hosting

I create and manage Wix websites only. For my Virtual Assistant customers, I charge $250 for the creation of a standard 4 page website. Wix web hosting fees are approximately $220 per year for both web hosting and domain fee. Point of Sale and E-commerce features require additional fees.
