Artistic expression through exercise prepares all to do stronger work in fields that depend upon creative thinking. lassic representational studies in drawing is highly valued by many professional artists due to the complexity of balance, form, and expression that is so challenging in live model figure drawing.

The Kenneth B Gallery Adult Figure Drawing sessions are conducted without instruction, but with others.
Beginning studies
Artists may request private instruction presented by SK Lindsey. Individual exercises will focus on visual analysis and the skills needed for expressive 2D form such as line, form, mass, foreshortening, and composition.
DESCRIPTION
Improve your drawing or painting skills today! Participate in our bi-weekly adult figure drawing classes to hone hand/eye coordination, sensitivity to line and form. These drawing sessions alternate every other Wednesday with nude models. No drawing experience necessary but completion of beginning drawing is highly recommended. Attendees must be 18 years or older.
Suggested list of materials:
Charcoal or soft-lead pencils and an 18x24-inch drawing pad or newsprint
